If you are a contact person for your employer, we collect your data when you enter into an agreement with us or inquire about our services.

We collect the following personal data to identify and contact you:

  • Information about the project you are involved in

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of your employer.

Depending on the project, we may also collect:

Contact person records are maintained for five years after the last project, and our archives are kept for at least twenty years.
